Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
During launches, sales and other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Shipping within Australia
The Daily Practice currently ships throughout Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. To the extent permitted by law, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
The Daily Practice is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, the customer may be required to pay the cost of redelivery.
Please contact hello@thedailypractice.au as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Missing, delayed or damaged orders
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@thedailypractice.au with your order number.
The Daily Practice will make enquiries with the relevant delivery provider and assist in resolving the issue. The seller is responsible for addressing problems involving parcels lost or damaged while being delivered by its chosen postal or courier provider.
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
